This is Kevin McGuire, an 18 year old high school student from Sterling, NJ. He was recently diagnosed with Leukemia for the second time in his life. His dream is to meet Taylor Swift and take her to his prom. This is a kid that battled for his life once and is now battling again. This is not a post to get notes. This is a REAL kid, with a REAL family and friends, and with a REAL life-threating illness. Even if you don’t know him or anyone who knows him personally, you can make a big difference by reblogging this and getting the word out. We need to make this happen, and for that, we need exposure.
